Born and raised in Columbia, SC, Kelvondre Guess has always had a natural talent for coordination and bringing people together. With over 10 years of service in the United States Army as a Logistics Operational NCO and holding the rank of SSG/E-6, Kelvondre has honed his skills in structure, time management, and logistics organization. His diverse experiences, including travel to Missouri, Texas, Colorado, and Korea, have perfectly positioned him to serve you and create unforgettable memories for your next event.
As a young boy, Kelvondre uncovered his passion for event planning through organizing family gatherings. This early enthusiasm evolved as he embraced roles like event ambassador, where he helped with wedding décor, logistics, and even the planning of funerals.
In 2018, Kelvondre began leading the planning of gender reveals, baby showers, engagement parties, anniversary celebrations, and extravagant birthday parties for family and friends. He expertly managed every aspect of these events, from vendor relations to budgeting, and realized that event planning was his true calling.
While stationed in Colorado, he assisted The Planning Co. as a groomsman director and logistics coordinator. Kelvondre later invested in a mentorship program with Epitome of Elegance LLC under Mr. Kendrick Hemingway. Over six months, he gained valuable insights into attracting the right clients, design, branding, and the overall essence of planning and production. He currently serves as the Logistics Director, ensuring that all moving parts are efficient and effective throughout the entire company.
Today, Kelvondre is the proud owner and lead planner of Guess Who’s Events Planning, dedicated to creating unforgettable celebrations for his clients. Guided by his faith and inspired by Psalm 37:4, “Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart,” Kelvondre brings passion, purpose, and expertise to every event, leaving a lasting impression on all involved.

Meet Racheal Moore, a key player in ensuring your wedding day unfolds effortlessly. She meticulously manages all details leading up to the event, including coordinating timelines, assisting with venue tours, and conducting welcome and Zoom calls. On the day of the wedding, Racheal also serves as the Bridal Director, expertly guiding the bride, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and other key participants to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a skilled assistant, she handles any needs or adjustments that arise, providing support and ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
